The following is a preview of each of the five events:
JAX BEACH HIGH SCHOOL INVITATIONAL (Sept. 19th)
- This event will be played for the seventh time, all at Jax Beach GC. 2026 will be the first year JAGA will have an official role in helping promote and run the event. JAGA volunteers will register and start the groups, and handle rulings, electronic scoring and publicity.
- The JBIHS is unique in that it joins boys and girls teams in one competition to determine a team score and the tournament champion.
- The nine participating schools are host Bolles, plus Beachside, Creekside, Fletcher, Nease, Ponte Vedra, Providence, St. Johns and Tocoi Creek.
- Ponte Vedra is the defending champion.
- Among the contestants are Tocoi Creek’s Ambrose Kinnare and Kaden James, who received invites to play in the AJGA’s prestigious Junior Players Championship earlier this month.
44th JAGA CLUB TEAM PRESIDENTS CUP (Oct. 26th)
- World Golf Village – King & Bear
- 9 a.m. shotgun start.
- One gross and two net best balls of the foursome.
- Various tee yardages according to age and sex will be used.
- Northern Chapter PGA members are welcome.
- $500 team entry fee ($125 per player).
- Open to golfers who represent JAGA member facilities only. All four team members must represent the same club.
- If a club wishes to enter two teams, contact the tournament committee to determine eligibility/availability.
- To discuss entering a club team, see a JAGA director who represents your club or your head golf professional.
JAGA FALL FOUR-BALL (Nov. 2nd)
- Ponte Vedra Inn & Club – Lagoon Course
- 12:30 p.m. shotgun start.
- Open to amateurs and professionals, male and female, no age restriction.
- Two-person better-ball format with each player playing his/her own ball.
- Gross and net competitions.
- Various tee yardages according to age and sex will be used.
- All entrants must have certified and verifiable USGA handicaps.
- Partner handicaps may not differ by more than 10 strokes.
- Field is limited to 50 teams. Priority will be given to members of active JAGA member facilities.
- $300 per team entry fee ($150 per player).
- Approximately one-third of field will receive PVI&C golf shop certificates.
23rd JAGA Scholarship Trust Classic presented by Circle K (Nov. 23rd)
- Marsh Landing CC
- 9 a.m. shotgun start.
- Format – gross and net.
- Entry fee $195 per player ($750 per team).
- This is one of JAGA’s leading fundraising events for its Scholarship Trust program which currently supports 63 college students.

ABOUT JAGA
Established in 1954, JAGA enters its 73rd year in 2026. It is a not-for-profit corporation consisting of 42-member golf facilities located in Northeast Florida. JAGA’s mission is to promote golf, community and goodwill through tournaments and related events and activities. It conducts or supports 11 tournaments, including six championship events and five others that feature team formats. JAGA has a charitable arm that manages a scholarship program which currently provides college funding for 63 area students. Since its inception in 1974, the Scholarship Trust has awarded over $2.5 million in scholarships to more than 475 students.
