Windsor Parke Wins Club Championship
The Windsor Parke team won the Jacksonville Area GA’s Club Team Championship Monday at Timuquana. The winning teams four players combined scores were 18-under par 126 to edge the Jacksonville G&CC team by one shot.
There were 22 teams competing.
The winning team included pro Major Forbess and amateurs Rae Marks, Michael Eissing and John Vogelpohl. Forbess shot 68 on his own ball.
Pro Ray Barr led the runner-up team which included Skip Lunsford, Domenick Annunziata and Wayne St. Clair.
