Documents Required for PGA
Scholarship Application

• Letter of Recommendation from JAGA Director of Club where employed
• Letter of Recommendation from Head Golf Professional, and/or General Manager of the Club
• Copies of Certification of Level One and Level Two completion
• Letter from applicant explaining why they deserve the scholarship, and how they can help JAGA promote the game of golf
• Letter explaining their involvement in Junior Golf Letters from Club members welcomed, but not required
• You will be contacted for an interview with the selection committee after submission of documents.

Paperwork should be received not later than March 31. Submit paperwork and any questions to:
